Delivery and returns
At Rocket Science Sports UK, we aim to make purchasing your wetsuit as smooth and straightforward as possible. Whether you’re ordering your first suit or upgrading your current suit, our delivery and returns processes are designed to be simple, reliable, and stress-free.
Delivery
We offer standard UK delivery at a flat rate of £8. Delivery to the Highlands and Islands is also available, with final costs clearly displayed at checkout.
Dispatch & Carriers:
- Orders are typically dispatched within 2 working days. Some products may have a longer dispatch time of up to 14 days, which will be clearly indicated.
- We use trusted carriers, including DPD and Royal Mail, to ensure your package arrives safely and on time.
- Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking email directly from the courier.

- All shipping costs are clearly shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Returns
Rocket Science Sports UK we offer a flexible returns policy, allowing items to be returned within 14 days of shipping.
Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition
- Have all original tags attached
- Wetsuits must not have been used in water, unless faulty
Process:
- Refunds will be processed after inspection of returned items.
- Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
