  1. ABOUT US

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products by Rocket Science Sports UK (“we”, “us”, “our”) through our website.

By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

  1. PRODUCTS

We specialise in wetsuits and related performance apparel. All products are subject to availability. While we aim to ensure all descriptions and images are accurate, slight variations may occur.

  1. PRICING

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time; however, the price at checkout is the price you will pay.

  1. ORDERING

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs once your order has been dispatched.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order where necessary, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraudulent activity.

  1. PAYMENT

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase via our secure payment providers. We do not store your payment details.

  1. DELIVERY

We aim to make purchasing your new wetsuit as simple and hassle-free as possible.

  • Standard UK delivery is available at a flat rate of £8
  • Delivery to the Highlands and Islands is available, with final costs shown at checkout
  • Orders are typically dispatched within 2 working days, however some products have a longer dispatch date of up to 14 days
  • We use trusted carriers including DPD and Royal Mail
  • Tracking details will be provided directly by the courier once dispatched

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  1. RISK AND OWNERSHIP

Ownership of goods passes to you once full payment has been received and delivery has been completed. Risk transfers upon delivery.

  1. RETURNS POLICY

Rocket Science Sports is committed to your satisfaction.

We offer a flexible returns policy allowing items to be returned within 14 days of shipping.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Wetsuits must not have been used in water unless faulty

Refunds will be processed after inspection of returned items.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  1. FAULTY OR INCORRECT GOODS

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us promptly. We will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.

  1. WARRANTY

Rocket Science Sports is committed to quality and customer satisfaction and offers one of the most comprehensive warranties in the industry.

All products come with a one-year limited warranty for the original purchaser, covering defects in materials and workmanship.

  1. CRASH REPLACEMENT POLICY

In the unfortunate event of a crash or accident while cycling or participating in a triathlon, we offer a one-time crash replacement warranty.

For example, if your product is damaged during a bike crash, we will replace it free of charge within one year of purchase.

This policy applies to eligible products and is at our discretion.

  1. SIZING AND FIT

Sizing guides are provided to assist you. It is the customer’s responsibility to select the correct size. If unsure, we recommend contacting us prior to purchase.

  1. PRODUCT CARE (WETSUITS)

To ensure longevity and performance of your wetsuit, please follow these care guidelines:

  • Always wear gloves when putting on your wetsuit to avoid nail damage
  • Use flat hands when pulling the suit into position
  • When removing, pull the suit inside out

After use:

  • Rinse your wetsuit in fresh water before and after every swim to remove salt, chlorine, and invasive species
  • Dry the suit inside out on a suitable hanger
  • Once dry, turn it the correct way and continue storing on a hanger

Cleaning:

  • Do not use a washing machine or hot water
  • Use a specialist wetsuit shampoo and follow the product instructions

Failure to follow care instructions may affect product performance and warranty eligibility.

  1. LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms excludes your statutory rights.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

  1. USE OF PRODUCTS

All products are designed for sporting and recreational use. It is your responsibility to ensure safe and appropriate use.

  1. PRIVACY

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  1. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.

  1. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
